About Us
Founded in 2003 by Civil Engineer Zeki Örnek and later joined by Muharrem Geylan in 2019, Tekyapı İnşaat is an engineering and construction company that undertakes projects in various countries around the world. The Chairman of the Board is Muharrem Geylan, and the General Manager is Zeki Örnek. The headquarters of Tekyapı is located in Istanbul, Turkey. Tekyapı provides turnkey services in Real Estate Development, Engineering, and Construction Contracting fields. It has executed construction projects in 7 countries, including Asia and Europe, such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Montenegro, Cyprus, and Turkey. Over the years, Tekyapı has completed over 25 infrastructure projects, including bridges, viaducts, and roads, as well as over 40 superstructure projects with a total area of 240,000 square meters. It has also completed more than 60 fuel stations. Tekyapı is actively involved in the construction of Bursa Technology Organized Industrial Zone (TEKNOSAB), a next-generation industrial park established on an area of 8.5 million square meters, serving as the main contractor for all infrastructure works. In terms of superstructure projects, Tekyapı has developed and completed industrial structures, healthcare facilities, hotels, residential and commercial projects. It also engages in land and real estate development, undertaking profitable projects for investors and managing the entire process from feasibility, design, procurement, to construction within its own organization.
